I was born in NJ, raised in CT, and went to school in NY. I served 10 years in the US Navy as a Pilot, followed by 15 years in the Fortune 500 business operations/services world while living and moving to and from many areas of the USA. During these phases of my career, my wonderful wife, Leigh, and I raised four amazing children and are currently blessed with six incredible grandchildren.

In 2013, Leigh and I made the decision to move to the Cape Fear Region. In our free time we enjoy walking along the local beaches and exploring historic downtown with its vibrant restaurant scene, craft breweries, live music, and theatre venues. We also love to explore the small towns of western NC among the incredibly scenic Blue Ridge Mountains.

I find great personal reward in giving back to the local community as a veteran. I am an active volunteer in American Legion Post (68) helping both vets in need near our home in Leland as well as guiding guests as a weekly tour guide on the battleship USS North Carolina. Leigh and I enjoy singing and ringing handbells in our church choir, and I manage the finances of the same Wilmington church.

Changing careers and moving multiple times has given me the unique perspective into the stress moving involves, especially with families. My backgrounds in the military, business, and as a real estate agent, as well as my passion for helping others, and my desire to give back to the community, provides me with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
